Our problem is that we need to have the stove top installed by Saturday. Our original date would have allowed my husband time over the weekend to do the work. Now he must take off Friday from work, lose pay in order to get this job done. Our original stove burner was replace with a burner, Delivery by me driving to their business and picking it up instead of the delivery that was promised by the nice gentleman who sold it to us. So I got a lesser stove for the same amount of money, wasted my gas and now we are out more of our own money for my husband to take off work. When I asked if they would install it for free, beings we were much inconvenienced I was told they would do the installation for 1/2 price.
